Platinum Level Endurance Coaching

We specialize in developing individualized coaching plans for endurance athletes. All premium packages included a 1 hour initial consultation, personalized bi-weekly training plans, access to a free Training Peaks account, and unlimited phone and email access.

Buddy Level Endurance Coaching

The buddy level coaching provides oversight to your training. You and your coach co-create an annual training plan that matches your goals, strengths, level of fitness and availability. Your coach monitors your training and provides feedback in a weekly touchpoint. This package requires an initial $120 set-up fee for a consultation to develop your customized annual training plan. The monthly $40 fee includes a free Training Peaks account, and weekly touchpoints via text or email.

60 minute Individual Sessions

Atheletes can schedule 1:1 individual sessions for a nutrition consult, running gait analysis, or swimming video analysis with a certified USAT triathlon coach.

Nutrition Coaching

We offer nutritional coaching to help you acheive your personal goals. Our focus is helping you make life long nutritional changes so you can be the best version of yourself.
